1. Eligibility

Participants must be between 16 and 35 years of age and have a height of 5'3" or above. Participation is open to all genders under the respective Miss Ziva or Mr Ziva categories.

2. Registration

Registration and audition are completely free of charge. Any person submitting a registration form agrees to provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.

3. Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to be contacted by the Miss Ziva India team via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone call for updates, event notifications, and promotional purposes.

4. Media & Publicity

Participants grant Miss Ziva India the right to use their photographs, videos, and related media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without any royalty or compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect at all times. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.

6. Finale & Ramp Walk

Finalists will be required to participate in the grand finale ramp walk for associated brands. Specific guidelines will be communicated upon selection as a finalist.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Amendments

Miss Ziva India reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
